ACCESSING THE SUMMIT

We are pleased to return to the Royal College of Physicians (RCP) in London for the 13th annual E-Cigarette Summit UK on Friday, 5 December 2025. If you are attending virtually, you can view the Summit via a “live stream” as per the agenda (UK GMT).

All registered delegates will receive joining instructions for the Summit, including the Live Stream and Summit App link, by Wednesday, December 3rd.

If you have not yet registered, please do so HERE. The email address you provide during registration will be used to send the joining instructions and details for watching the Summit virtually.

The E-Cigarette Summit is a hybrid event, and whether you are joining us in London, watching the Summit virtually, or viewing the presentations and panel discussions later on demand. All registered Summit participants can access the Summit app (Whova) to view the speaker’s PowerPoint slides, follow and contribute to the live chat and discussions, participate in polls, and submit questions for the panel debates.

After the live stream, videos of speaker presentations and panel discussions will be uploaded to the virtual platform within 48 hours of the live event for you to watch or re-watch later. The app will be accessible for 3 months after the event.

The Royal College of Physicians is situated on St Andrews Place opposite Regent’s Park, a five-minute walk from Regent’s Park station or Great Portland Street station.

Conference materials and refreshments (including registration, two breaks, lunch and the drinks reception) are included.

  • 8:15 am: Registration and refreshments open
  • 9:00 am: Summit begins
  • 12:55 pm: Lunch Break for 1 hour
  • 5:30 pm: Summit ends
  • 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm: Post Summit Drink Reception
