Biography

Euan was elected in 2024 as the Member of Parliament for Falkirk, following a 2-year stint as a councillor for the Falkirk South ward. Euan is chair of the APPG for responsible vaping, in that role he has called for evidence-based regulation on vapes as the Tobacco and Vapes Act is implemented. A member of the bill committee for the recent Tobacco and Vapes Act, Euan has been closely involved in the parliamentary debate on smoking cessation and a champion for retaining vaping as a pathway for adult smokers to quit while reducing youth uptake.
